Expo Trip

Was supposed to go with Su Wen to the Motherhood Fair at Expo, but last minute she cancelled, but since I've prepared everything, so just bring Tyler there. Meeting other mummies there, like Violin and Etrini so I'm glad I don't have to walk alone!

Reviews of the Motherhood Fair:

Quite big and lots of stores, but also a lot of salesperson!!! Walk 5 steps and there will be a salesman or salesgirl asking you to do survey, intro you their product and all. So irritating lor!!! I don't mind doing survey or what, but I didn't go there just to do survey lor!!! Totally no mood to shop with all the salespersons with their hungry look on their face, ready to pounce on you when you get near.. Some of the things are quite cheap la, but mostly I feel that its more for pregnant ladies who wants to buy for their babies, and not for those babies already born de liao lor...


Etrini bought a playpen there, quite cheap, only $69, but its damn heavy!!! 10kg I think.... She definitely can't carry lah, so I lent her my pram to push the playpen around den I carry Tyler walk around lor.. Luckily Tyler was quite guai so I had quite a easy time..


Had KFC for my dinner after going back. I NEED TO RANT!! Look at the chicken....

Its like so teeny weeny lor... And 2 piece meal is like $6 plus leh, I can buy 2 plates of chicken rice and still more chicken than theirs lor... Their chicken portion is getting so pathetic! So disappointed lor.. Or maybe recently they've been using kampong chicken to fry???

I bought this the other day. This is good, can wipe mouth also, planning to use this when I go out with Tyler.

The best buy at the fair! Usual price is $5 plus, there only selling at $3.80!!! Su Wen was saying why I don't buy 1 carton, but crazy la, buy 1 carton drink until when??? Not so kiasu hor...

Free gift from Prudential. Basically they'll get you to pick a fruit from their lucky draw basket, then give you this as a free gift. Then you'll have to do a survey for them then they'll start asking you, "Are you planning to get a educational plan for your child?" and then they start telling you a lot of things liao... At that fair, think got 3-4 selling educational plans de lor.. So I kept telling them I'm letting my hubby handle all these, so they bo bian... haha...

I want to go again lor!!! Cause spend all the time at the Motherhood Fair with them then end up I'm too tired to go to John Little Fair liao.. I was so tired that I slept at 9pm when I came back lor!!! Had a really nice sleep, so today I went to library for some reading!!


I love reading!!

Especially when its all about babies!!! Sometimes I do feel tired and frustrated taking care of Tyler. Because its not easy taking care of him, thinking how to set his schedule, what to let him eat, make him sleep and how to educate him. Cause I believed that whatever you let him be now, that's how he is going to be when he grows up! That's why nowadays I always says 'Thank you', 'Please', all that to him, cause I want him to be a well-mannered little boy.


Being a Mummy, there's no one to tell you what is the thing you should do, but only to read up more and deciding for yourself which is the best way that suits you and the baby. Reading can make you feel relaxed and helps you gain more knowledge about babycare, that's why I love reading! Going to go again more often, cause really a lot of interesting information I read today.

Had Mocha Latte there.. IT SUCKS!! Like coffee with a bit deco on top and without sugar! I'm bringing bottled water the next time I go....


After library, I went to NTUC for a bit of grocery shopping!

Trying this out, planning to use this for Tyler in the day, its only like $11 plus...

For putting his biscuits, so easier to carry around!!

Yoghurt!!! Only got 1 type I find is ok de lor.. The other one is strawberry plus dunno what one, baby not 1 year old yet can eat strawberry meh?????
