Sick

Have to say, I rarely get sick. Or maybe sometimes if I do, its nothing serious and will recover without any medications. Probably its the life of a housewife, housewives rarely get sick. Or maybe its waiting for a chance to be majorly sickly. Which is now.

Had fever that day, had to resort to using Tyler's fever patch cause Gordan didn't manage to buy the adult one at 7-11. Recovered after 2 days of lazing around and sleep and online movies and panadol. But then, another blow hit again! Having running nose, sorethroat and headache now, sobs. Kinda guilty cause I have to blame it on my diet of Pizza Hut and Mac these few days. Hope I recover soon, wouldn't want to spread to Tyler too..

Before this, went out with Peter and his friends for drinks, but I went home after a while, cause my tummy was hurting like hell! Wondering was it Gordan who passed it to me, cause the night before he had tummyache the whole day... 

Anyway, after that incident started the chain of sickness. 2nd day, finally feeling better a little, craving for frog leg porridge! Which of course, my dearest brought me for it.

And because I've been sick lately, I've been stuck at home, and going crazy! I try to not be near to Tyler, cause don't want to spread to him. And despite feeling weak at times, still have to feed or bath him. Watched online movies till I have to rewatch the movies I've watched.

I know I shouldn't, but its the only thing that's keeping me sane! Anyway, not only me love it....

Popped my pills and gonna go rest now, hoping I'll miraculously recover by tonight. 

Thoughts

Rarely do I have the chance when I don't feel like doing anything, or rather, there's nothing to do. Cause I'm always looking for programme to keep myself entertained, reading novels, watching online movies, doing manicure and pedicure myself, aimlessly surfing net, chatting on msn, thinking of more ideas for wedding and etc. 

Recently heard some news that got me thinking, and probably the novels that I read that inspire my thoughts too. The novel that I had just finished basically its all fantasy stories, about angels, devil, god, weird auctions that you bid for people's lives. But somewhere in between, the author will tend to add in some advice regarding life and love.

The book that I've just finished, sort of taught me that everyone should cherish their lives, no matter how bad things are, or whatever illnesses you are facing, learn to love them and use it as a strength to keep you moving on. 

Sometimes when we face a downturn, we tend to think that we hate the life we are living. Envying other people's life, when maybe that person hates his life too. No body is perfect, thus everyone got their good points and their bad points. When you're thinking that you are having a bad time, probably someone else is having it even worse. 

The secret to happiness?

To love your life, no matter how good or bad things are. 

If only everyone can be kind and peaceful with one another, I guess life will probably be better. Seriously I'm sick of how human are. Always judging other people and selfish. I do admit though, sometimes I'm one of them. Probably its our nature, that we do the things we do. 

All that I've learnt, maybe its possible for me to persevere, maybe its possible to still be happy even in the worse situations. 

Jae's Birthday Celebration

Brought Tyler out in the afternoon for a little shopping trip, since my little darling hasn't been out lately cos of the rainy weather. Wearing a cute hate to hide the bruises and wound, don't you think that he look so like a japanese baby??

Was super low bat when we starting camwhoring, its already an amazement that I still can take so many pics liao.. Can't imagine if its not, there's gonna be a whole lot more pics than these!

Realized that the singers at Nana sucks, seriously think that they'll be better off playing the disc and lip syncing to it. Left at 230am, went over to find Gordan before heading back home. 

Weekend has been super boring. Saturday headed over to grandma's place and Sunday stayed home cause Gordan wasn't feeling well. Felt major miscommunication between Gordan and me. Don't ask me because I don't know how to describe that. Guess I just have to wait for him to 'wake up' again. Getting sick with all the waiting, can't I be the normal gf who can throw tantrums and get spoiled by my bf? 

Meeting Yanting and probably Serena later, possible drinking tonight, update again~

K Suite

Everytime when I go to Iluma with Gordan, I can't help but notice the pub look-a-like place at Level 3. When I past by at first, I was still asking him what is that place, pub in the shopping center?? But well, the look of the place is damn cool lor..

Only recently that I knew that it's a branch of K Box, so how can I not try it out??

Since Gordan is not into singing, so naturally got Peter and his friends to go along!! Enling was supposed to join us, but she got sick! 

Met Peter at Bugis for lunch first, at the Dim Sum restaurant!!

Been there once before, but wasn't a nice experience. Not because the food or the service wasn't good, but its because the person who I went with!! Anyway, food was not bad there, kinda missing it now still, hehe...

After lunch we headed over to K Suite first, cause Peter's friends was watching movie. Charges is actually quite acceptable for me. They charge by per hour per room, which is around $30/hr. And because we've got 6 of us, the lady actually advised us to take the package for min spending. Which is about $200 for us. So when you calculate that, its less than $40 per person! 

Probably more expensive than normal ones, but its super worth it! The service are quite alright, and the food is super nice!! And check out what else is there...

The most amazing thing, you dedicate songs and everything by touchscreen!! 

You also can play game and pause, stop or have applause with this system! Even can record song to your phone, but then we didn't try la.. Their songs selection have a lot too!

You can go online in the room!! We were like checking out Facebook and Youtube there lor.. Even has webcam and ear phones, cool.

And guess what, they provide you bedroom slippers too!!

You know when you go KTV its always so bloody cold?? And then you'll be freezing to death trying to finish the hours singing there? 

Not to worry anymore, cause they have blankets for you there!!!

They have a smoking room there too, so you don't have to travel all the way downstairs to smoke..

And you can surf net there too!!

I'm seriously amazed by that place liao.. They are gonna open another one at Orchard Parade Hotel, and there's gonna be manicure service over there too!!


Although it cost a little bit more, but this is really one place that you gonna try!!


After singing, we went to East Coast for supper!! Craving for seafood, we headed to Jumbo!!
